The designer accurately grasps the pain points of the layout, breaks through spatial limitations, and uses ingenuity to maximize every inch of space in small layouts. 本案是两室改三室的现代原木风案例。设计师精准抓住户型痛点，打破空间局限，用巧思将小户型的每一寸空间都发挥到极致。为业主打造一个舒适又有格调的家。
客厅 Living room
Considering that the layout is relatively small and the complex background walls can make it visually crowded, a simple and unified color and material were used to enhance the overall visual coherence and make the space more organized. The invisible doors of the two rooms effectively expand the visual dimension by weakening the door boundaries, further amplifying the sense of space and making the rooms look more spacious.
考虑到户型偏小，繁杂的背景墙会导致视觉上显得拥挤，因此采用了简洁统一的颜色与材质，增强了视觉的整体性，让空间更显规整。两个房间的隐形门通过弱化门体边界，有效拓展了视觉维度，进一步放大了空间感，使房间看起来更为宽敞。

The sofa background abandons complicated decorations and is embellished with a decorative painting full of artistic sense. The wall cloth is laid with delicate texture, which not only preserves the cleanliness and transparency of the space, but also enhances the overall delicacy with low-key material details. The furniture selection follows the concept of "simplicity and durability". The natural marble tabletop comes with a sense of high-end natural sophistication, which complements the minimalist sofa and together outlines a living room space that combines comfort and aesthetics.
沙发背景摒弃繁杂的装饰，仅以一副充满艺术感的装饰画点缀，铺贴富有细腻质感的墙布，既保留了空间的干净通透，又以低调的材质细节提升了整体精致度。家具选择上遵循“简单耐看”的理念天然大理石桌面自带高级自然高级感，与造型简约的沙发相得益彰，共同勾勒出兼具舒适度与美学感的客厅空间。
餐厅 Dining room
The open kitchen is equipped with a simple bar counter, and the marble texture on the countertop is interwoven with shades of water, like a blend of mountains and rivers. The lower part is supported by wooden cabinets, extending a natural and warm texture. The orderly placement of high stools creates a practical and stylish dining space, allowing cooking to naturally blend with daily interactive scenes.
开放式厨房设置简约的吧台，台面的大理石纹理深浅交织如山水晕染，下方以原木色柜体支撑，延伸出自然温馨质感。有序摆放的高脚凳，营造出实用且具有格调的用餐空间，让烹调与日常互动场景自然融合。
The original old kitchen was limited by the double sliding door design, making it difficult to accommodate even a refrigerator in the narrow space. Owners need a renovation plan that is both user-friendly and visually appealing. Designers start from two aspects: "breaking the deadlock" and "expanding capacity"; Dismantle the sliding door and transform the kitchen into an open plan kitchen, seamlessly connecting the kitchen with the public area and doubling the sense of space; Flexible adjustments can be made by "stealing" a small area from the bedroom wall and customizing a hidden refrigerator space, which not only makes it practical but also makes the wall look very neat. After the renovation, the kitchen is no longer crowded and cramped as before, but also appears cleaner due to its hidden design, perfectly balancing the functionality and visual aesthetics of the kitchen.
原本的老厨房受限于双推拉门设计，狭小的空间连冰箱都难以容纳。业主需要一个“好用又显大”的改造方案。设计师从“破局”与“扩容”两方面入手；拆掉推拉门，将厨房改造成开放式厨房，厨房与公共区域无缝衔接，空间感翻倍；又灵活调整，从卧室的墙上“偷出”一点面积，量身定制隐藏冰箱位，实用的同时也让墙面看起来十分整洁。改造后厨房既没了往日的拥挤局促，又因隐藏式设计而更显整洁，完美平衡了厨房的功能性与视觉美感。
玄关 Vestibule
Due to the structural characteristics of old buildings, there are many structural limitations that are difficult to modify, such as protruding columns in corridors, which not only affect aesthetics but also cause trouble for the closure. The designer moved the door 20 centimeters here and arranged a shoe cabinet for the entrance, covering the original pillars, which is clean and practical. Paired with regularly replaced green plants, injecting fresh vitality into the foyer, achieving a dual balance between practicality and aesthetics.
受限于老建筑的结构特性，房子存在不少难以改动的结构性局限，比如走廊凸起的柱子，既影响美观，又给收口带来麻烦。设计师在这里将门移动了20公分，并安排了一个入户鞋柜，遮盖了原有的柱子，整洁实用。搭配定期更换的绿植，为玄关注入鲜活的生机，实现实用与颜值的双重兼顾。
主卧 Master bedroom
The bedside light strip is a design that the owner really likes. The owner said that since moving into this master bedroom, their insomnia has improved a lot. At night, the main lights are turned off one by one, leaving only the bedside lamp quietly emitting a soft light. The warm and melting light spreads out, instantly soothing the mood and making people unconsciously immerse themselves in a comfortable atmosphere. Sleep also quietly descends.
床头的灯带是业主非常喜欢的设计，业主表示，自从住进这个主卧，自己的失眠都好了很多。夜晚将主灯一一熄灭，只剩床头灯带静静散发出柔和的光，暖融融的光线蔓延开来，瞬间抚平心绪，让人不自觉地沉浸在安逸的氛围里，睡意也随之悄然降临。
As a master bedroom in a small apartment, the designer's first choice is to focus on the practicality of the room, while also taking into account its beauty and scientificity. The designer has made a lot of wardrobes for the master bedroom to ensure sufficient storage space. The rounded corner design ensures the safety of children and adds a warm feeling to the room. The entire space is simple and atmospheric, yet warm and cozy.
作为一个小户型的主卧，设计师首选是注重房间的实用性，同时还要兼顾其美观与科学性。为此设计师给主卧做了非常多的衣柜，以保障主卧有充足的储物空间，圆弧角的设计保障了小孩子的安全，也为房间增添了一份温润之感。整个空间简洁大气，又不失温馨。
小孩房＆生活阳台 Children's room ＆Balcony
For the living needs of the homeowner's family, the designer added a cozy children's room by occupying some of the living room space and integrating the balcony area. The original plan was a high solid wall, but due to lighting considerations, it has been adjusted to "upper half glass+lower half solid". Lowering the blinds at night can balance aesthetics and privacy. Paired with wired glass sliding doors, it not only enhances the transparency of the space, but also adds a sense of refinement to the overall design.
出于业主家庭的居住需要，设计师通过占用部分客厅的空间、整合阳台区域，增设出一间温馨的儿童房。原方案为通高实体墙，出于采光的考量，调整为“上半部分玻璃+下半部分实体”。夜间降下百叶窗，便可兼顾美观与私密性。搭配夹丝玻璃推拉门，在提升空间通透感的同时，也为整体设计增添了精致感。
Through the glass of the children's room, you can see the living balcony next to it. Although it is small in size, its functions are very complete. Adequate storage space and washbasin are provided next to the washing and drying machine to simultaneously meet the needs of laundry, cleaning, and storage, achieving efficient utilization of small spaces.
透过小孩房的玻璃，可以看到旁边的生活阳台，面积虽小，功能却十分完备。洗烘衣机旁边配置了充足的储物空间与洗手台，同步满足洗衣、清洁、收纳需求，实现小空间的高效利用。
