序言：
This case is a real-life example of the renovation of a four bedroom, two living room modern minimalist style furnished house. The designer uses simple lines to create a warm and comfortable home for the owner in the natural atmosphere of natural wood.
本案是一套四室二厅现代简约风精装房改造实景落地案例。设计师通过简洁的线条的运用，在原木的自然气息中，为业主打造一个温馨舒适的家。
客厅 Living Room
The originally planned storage space of the house was unable to meet the storage needs of the owners, so the designer chose to dismantle the original shoe cabinet and transform it into a row of storage cabinets, providing storage space for the owners' books and pianos. The storage cabinet is equipped with a brown glass door on the opposite side of the sofa, which can better display various collections and showcase the owner's unique taste. Under the cabinet is reserved storage space for children, using finished wicker woven storage baskets that can store children's picture books and toys without appearing cluttered visually.
房屋原本规划的储物空间难以满足业主的储物需求，所以设计师选择将原本的鞋柜拆掉并改造成一整排的储物柜，业主的书籍与钢琴也有了收纳的位置。储物柜在沙发对面部分采用了茶色玻璃门，可以更好的展示各种收藏，彰显业主独到的品味。柜子下是为孩子预留的收纳空间，采用成品藤编收纳篮，可以收纳孩子的绘本与玩具，也不会在视觉上显得凌乱。
The solid colored floor tiles throughout the house make the space visually more expansive and feel more open. The furniture with simple lines makes the space look more clean and introverted. To avoid visual imbalance, a wooden half screen design was added to the wall behind the cat climbing frame. In order to provide an area for children and pets to play, there is no coffee table placed, allowing more activity space in the living room.
全屋通铺的素色地砖，让空间在视觉上延展性更强，感觉更加开阔。线条简约的家具，让空间看起来更加清净内敛。为了避免在视觉上产生不平衡，所以在猫爬架后方墙面做了一个木质半屏风设计。为了给孩子和宠物玩耍的区域，所以没有安放茶几，让客厅获得更多的活动空间。
餐厅 Restaurant
The restaurant located next to the kitchen provides convenient communication with the kitchen. The use of natural wood materials adds a natural atmosphere to the space. The chandelier and surrounding lights enhance the sense of hierarchy in the space and create a warm and comfortable dining atmosphere. The location of the refrigerator is limited by the layout and arranged next to the restaurant. The designer took advantage of this and arranged the restaurant in the style of a booth, and added a hanging cabinet to improve the storage function.
位于厨房旁边的餐厅，能够非常方便的与厨房进行交流。原木材质的使用，为空间增加了自然气息。吊灯和四周的灯光，增强了空间的层次感，也营造出了温馨舒适的用餐氛围。冰箱的位置受户型限制安排在餐厅旁边，设计师顺势将餐厅布置成卡座的样式，并且增加了吊柜，以完善收纳功能。
厨房 Kitchen
The semi open design separated by glass doors and windows can effectively isolate oil fumes while maintaining interactivity with the restaurant. The original "7-shaped" countertop reserved by the developer was unable to meet the placement needs of kitchen appliances such as rice cookers. The designer solved this problem by transforming it into the current "U-shaped" countertop.
靠玻璃门窗分隔而成的半开放式的设计，既能有效隔绝油烟，又不失与餐厅的互动性。原本开放商预留的只有一个“7字形”台面，难以满足电饭煲等厨房家用电器的放置需求，设计师通过改造成现在的“U字形”台面解决了这个问题。
阳台 Balcony
The living balcony, located beside the living room, integrates functions such as laundry, drying, and sun-drying, exuding a strong sense of daily life.
位于客厅旁的生活阳台，兼具洗衣、烘干、晾晒等功能于一体，非常富有生活气息。
卫生间 Toilet
The bathroom is divided into three parts by glass doors according to their functions, which is convenient, practical, and easy to clean. The color scheme is mainly white, elegant and simple. The built-in lighting of the mirror and the lighting below the sink create a sophisticated atmosphere, providing users with a comfortable user experience. The washing area originally had only one single basin 80 centimeters wide, which was transformed into a double basin 1.2 meters wide to avoid overcrowding for families in the morning.
卫生间按照功能，用玻璃门分割成了三个部分，方便实用，便于打扫。白色为主的配色，典雅素净。镜面自带的光照与洗手台下方的灯光营造出高级的氛围，为使用者带来舒适的使用体验。洗漱区原本只有一个80公分宽的单台盆，改造成一米二的双台盆，避免了一家人早上时出现拥挤的状况。
书房 Study
The original location of the study was the main bathroom, as the public bathroom has been renovated to meet the needs of a family. However, the space of the master bedroom is relatively small, so the original main bathroom was demolished and transformed into a study and dressing room. Wall mounted desk, beautiful and does not occupy floor space, the lighting under the desk creates a full atmosphere. The thick wooden sliding door effectively isolates the light and does not affect the rest of the master bedroom when used at night.
书房原本的位置是主卫，因为公卫经过改造已经能满足一家人的需求，而主卧的空间偏小，所以将原本主卫拆除，打造成书房兼衣帽间。壁挂式书桌，美观又不占用地面空间，书桌下面的灯光营造出满满的氛围感。厚实的木质推拉门，很好的起到了隔绝灯光的作用，晚上使用也不会影响到主卧的人休息。
主卧 Master Bedroom
A pull-out dressing table is arranged at the leisure bay window, which is convenient and practical. The master bedroom and the adjacent multifunctional room have been designed with S-walls to increase storage space without affecting activities. The classic combination of wood and white creates a natural and relaxing place.
休闲飘窗处布置了抽拉式梳妆台，方便实用。主卧与隔壁的多功能房做成了S墙，增加收纳空间的同时也不影响活动。木色与白色的经典搭配，交织出富有自然气息的休憩之所。
女儿房 Daughter's room
The space in the daughter's room is limited, as there was originally an "L-shaped" bay window that almost filled the room when the bed was placed. Faced with this pain point, the designer chose to use tatami mats to create a sleeping area on the bay window, and added a hanging cabinet above to arrange a wardrobe at the end of the bed, meeting the needs of sleep and storage. The head of the bed extends out and is added as a learning area.
女儿房的空间有限，原本有一个“L形”飘窗，放下床房间几乎就被塞满了。面对这个痛点，设计师选择了将榻榻米架到飘窗上，获得足够宽敞的睡眠区域的同时，也拥有了更宽敞的活动区域。上方增加吊柜床尾布置衣柜，满足了储物的需求，床头延伸出来，增设为学习区。
多功能房 Multi-functional room
The multifunctional room was expanded by opening up the balcony. A Murphy bed, which can be folded and stored in a cabinet, was installed, with a cutout in the cabinet serving as a nightstand. The entire space is simple and unadorned, devoid of flashy decorations, creating a bright and clean visual impression.
多功能房通过与阳台打通，进行了扩大。使用了平时可折叠收进柜子里的墨菲床，柜子上的开洞起到了床头柜的作用。整个房间简约质朴，没有让人眼花缭乱的装饰，营造出透亮、洁净的视觉感受。
