 本案是广州118平的旧房风格重塑，以简美风格为笔，以现代元素为墨，打破传统布局的桎梏，融入轻奢的质感，精准贴合当代精英对精致生活的执着追求。
 This case is a redesign of a 118 square meter old house in Guangzhou, using American style as the pen and modern elements as the ink, breaking the shackles of traditional layout, integrating modern luxury texture, and precisely fitting the contemporary elite's persistent pursuit of exquisite life.

设计师深入了解业主喜好后，确定以简美风格为设计主线。简美风格强调自然、舒适与大气，注重空间的开放性和实用性。After a thorough understanding of the owner's preferences, the designer decided to use American style as the main design theme. The American style emphasizes nature, comfort, and grandeur, emphasizing the openness and practicality of the space. 



客厅拆除了原有的非承重墙，将阳台纳入客厅空间，极大地改善了采光与通风。现代风格沙发搭配复古花纹的地毯，围合出温馨的交流区。The living room has removed the original non load bearing walls and incorporated the balcony into the living room space, greatly improving lighting and ventilation. Customized American style sofas paired with vintage patterned carpets create a cozy communication area.



电视背景墙采用玻璃柜门与木质柜体相结合的设计，既增加了收纳功能，又能展示业主收藏的精美藏品。天花板上的复古吊灯散发着暖黄色的光，营造出惬意的氛围。The TV background wall adopts a design that combines glass cabinet doors with wooden cabinets, which not only increases storage function but also displays the exquisite collections collected by the owners. The vintage chandelier on the ceiling emits warm yellow light, creating a cozy atmosphere.






餐厅与客厅相连，开放式的布局让空间更加通透。一张实木餐桌搭配皮质餐椅，展现出美式的质朴与优雅。墙上的装饰画，彰显品质格调的家。The restaurant is connected to the living room, and the open layout makes the space more transparent. A solid wood dining table paired with leather dining chairs showcases the simplicity and elegance of the American style. The decorative paintings on the wall showcase the quality and style of a home.



卧室重新规划了空间，定制的嵌入式衣柜占据整面墙，满足了大量衣物的收纳需求。The master bedroom has been redesigned with a customized built-in wardrobe occupying the entire wall, meeting the storage needs of a large number of clothes.床头背景墙刷上棕色漆和白漆，搭配柔软的床品和精致的台灯，营造出舒适的睡眠环境。Brush brown and white paint on the background wall of the bed head, paired with soft bedding and exquisite table lamps, to create a comfortable sleeping environment.



入户



 最小的房间则根据业主需求改造成书房兼客房，榻榻米与书桌一体化设计，节省空间的同时兼具多种功能。The smallest room is transformed into a study and guest room according to the owner's needs, with an integrated design of tatami mats and desks, saving space while also serving multiple functions.  



厨房进行了L型橱柜设计，操作台面更加宽敞，收纳空间也大幅增加。选用米白色的吊柜、克莱因蓝橱柜面板搭配，简洁又时尚。电器嵌入橱柜，使厨房整体更加整洁有序。The kitchen has been designed with L-shaped cabinets, providing a more spacious countertop and significantly increasing storage space. Choose beige hanging cabinets and Klein blue cabinet panels to match, simple yet stylish. Electrical appliances embedded in cabinets make the kitchen more tidy and orderly as a whole.

From optimizing the spatial layout to selecting every piece of soft decoration, it embodies the hard work of the designers and engineering department of Jiuyi. The owner strolls contentedly in the refreshed home, enjoying this warmth and comfort.
